James Bach – When Animals Test (Keynote)

In 1965, an attempt was made to teach a dolphin to be creative. The startling result of that experiment tells us about testing. We can also glean testing lessons from rats, spiders, ants, bats, sharks, and even plankton. Using animal examples, I want to introduce you to a general systems approach toward thinking about testing skills and methods.
